As Google employees, our founders knew that access to data is essential for businesses to thrive. They also learned that restaurateurs didn’t have much customer data and lacked a comprehensive view on people’s experiences with their brand. What if we could make giving feedback fun and rewarding while helping restaurant’s make better, more data-driven decisions? And what if all positive feedback could instantly be shared online?
The Tablevibe idea was born. We piloted our rewarded surveys at three restaurants. Response rates grew 26X vs paper feedback forms, more customers came back to redeem their loyalty incentive and restaurants received way more 5-star Google reviews.
Fast forward to 2022, Tablevibe is helping Food & Beverage (F&B) professionals across the globe capture dine-in and delivery feedback through QR code-based surveys that drive direct sales. We’re growing hundreds of restaurants in 6 countries and are backed by world-class investors like Global Founders Capital and Velocity Ventures.
